A Company Formed…
After working for a large accounting firm, where “quantity” was stressed over “quality”, our founder, Kyle Kodra, decided that it was time to start his own accounting firm where integrity was the main goal….hence, Kodra & Associates was formed.  We opened our doors in 2002 and our biggest client response was, “it’s about time!”

K&A Goal…
Our goal, and the promise and guarantee to our clients, is to provide outstanding customer service and to do the best work possible.  We pride ourselves on returning phone calls the same day and making sure you are our first priority.

Death & Taxes…
We understand that Taxes can be overwhelming and frightening for some, so here at K&A we found that the best way to combat this is to build relationships with you.  Several clients have stated “this is not like getting your taxes done, it’s almost fun”. You won’t find dry, boring, monotone accountants here.  It is stressful enough you have to get your taxes done, we will be here full force during tax season to provide the best support we can offer.  We do like to have fun and of course most importantly do a good job.  Our staff are tax professionals who truly enjoy their work and, most of all, helping others.

AUDITS…
The dreaded Audit!  Many of our referred clients are those that are in trouble…we welcome these challenges!  We have the knowledge to walk you through these tough times AND K&A will go to the Audit in your place.  This provides a great comfort to our clients.  Again…it is ok, because we’re here to help you!
